Dark Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Ingredients
- 30 medium Strawberries
- 5.6 oz (2 bars) Lily's Extra Dark Chocolate 70%
- 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Directions
- Wash and dry strawberries. Make sure strawberries are completely dry before dipping, otherwise the chocolate won’t stick well and it will whiten as it hardens.
- Break the chocolate bars into little pieces and place in a microwavable bowl with the coconut oil.
- Microwave chocolate and oil in 10 second increments, stirring each time, until it’s nice and smooth.
- One at a time, dip each strawberry in the melted chocolate and set on a piece of parchment paper.
- After you’ve done all of them, dip each strawberry a second time to give it a thick coat.
- Refrigerate for an hour or until hardened.
