Truffle Goat Cheese

This makes an incredible appetizer, super simple but it's sure to impress! I usually serve it alongside some cucumber slices, pork rinds, celery, or whatever keto-friendly veggie your heart desires!

I also love sprinkling it on top of salads to give them a gourmet feel!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz package Goat Cheese
  • 2 tsp White Truffle Oil
  • Black pepper (optional)
  1. Place the goat cheese in a small bowl and using a spoon, break it up into small pieces.
  2. Drizzle the truffle oil over the goat cheese and mash it up until it's fully incorporated.
  3. Sprinkle a bit of fresh ground pepper over the top and voila! You've got an app that feels gourmet in under 5 minutes!
